Jeffrey Family Steak Sandwiches

   Thinly slice onions and tomatoes, then gently toss and salt and pepper mix to taste.

   Thinly slice steak and place in sandwich bag and warm in microwave being careful to not overcook steak.

   Toast bread

   Generously spread mayonaise on each slice of bread.

   Tear lettuce so that it covers each slice of open face of bread.

   Place a layer of tomatoes and onions on lettuce on one of the slices of bread with lettuce.

   Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on onions and tomatoes. Add several layers of thinly sliced steak on tomato, onions.

   Place remaining slice of bread with lettuce on sandwich and cut diagonally and serve.
