Preheat oven 350F.

Meatballs mix all ingredients together.

Make meatballs about a inch and half in diameter.

Spray cookie sheet with canola place meatballs on sheet.

Place in oven for aprox.

Sauce mix ingredients in sauce pan on medium heat stir let simmer for 2mins .

I used texas toast quartered to place meatball on top drizzle sauce over.
