Japanese-Style Yuzu Pepper Pasta

   Slice the white part of the leek on the diagonal.

   Cut up the park into easy to eat pieces, and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

   When the meat turns white add the leek and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked.

   Boil the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the package.

   Drain and add to the frying pan.

   Add the garlic soy saue and mix with the pasta.

   (Taste, and add a little bit of the pasta cooking water.)

   Add the yuzu pepper paste at the end, mix well and it's done.
