Separate the enoki mushrooms into 16 equal portions and cut the hanpen into 16 equal pieces.

Spread out the sliced pork and place the portioned enoki mushrooms and hanpen on one edge to roll up.

After rolling, sprinkle salt, pepper and katakuriko on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and place the rolled pork with the joint sides down.

Fry both sides over a low to medium heat and add all the flavouring ingredients.

Cook until the sauce coats the pork rolls.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with celery leaves or parsley.
