Italian Sausage Pie

   Saute sausage and onions; drain and add to pie pan.

   Blend eggs, cream (milk), cheese, salt and pepper.

   Pour over filling. Bake until custard forms in 350u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.

   Allow to cool.

   Cut in 6 to 8 slices.
