Italian sausage and peppers

   Slice sausage ,peppers and onions

   Heat 1 tbl spoon of olive oil in a pan add sausage cook until no longer pink

3. 3

   Add peppers and onion cook until tender.

   (optional) add sauce.

   Serve over penne noodles topped with shredded cheese.

   Or serve on a hoagie or sub roll.
