Ingredients: 1 nonstick cooking spray; 1 cup Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs; 1/2 cup non-fat skim milk; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 onion, finely chopped; 2 stock celery stalks,finely chopped; 1 lb lean ground turkey meat; 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese; 1/2 cup carrot puree; 1/4 cup ketchup; 1 tsp salt; 1 pinch or 1/8teaspoon pepper; 1 cup tomato sauce; 4 slice turkey bacon opt.

preheat oven 350*F coat 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray

in large bowl,soak breadcrumbs in milk

in frying pan add oil cook onion about 7-10min.

add celery cook 3-4more min.scrape mix into bowl of breadcrumbs.

Add turkey beef,parmensan cheese,carrot puree,ketchup,salt and pepper and stir to combined

turn mix into loaf pan smooth top.

spread timato sauce over the meatloaf and lay bacon on top.

Bake 45-50 minutes intill center is not pink
