   Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

   Oil loaf pan with olive oil and spray with Pam.

   Mix all ingredients well; form into loaf.

   Put into pan and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

   Serve with baked potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad and string beans.
