Italian Meat Loaf

   Mix well in large bowl all ingredients. (May have to add more bread crumbs if mushy.) Put in bottom of Dutch oven or large type pan and add water to the bottom 1 inch. Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered, uncover and cook additional 1/2 hour. Add catsup to top of meat loaf during last 1/2 hour, if desired.
