Italian Meat Loaf

   Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Create foil strip for meat loaf: Fold a 2-foot length of foil in half lengthwise. Fit foil strip into cooker lengthwise, with excess overlapping the cooker for handles (it'll help you remove the loaf easily when it's done). Spray foil.

   Combine ground beef, eggs, 1/2 cup marinara sauce, and bread crumbs in a bowl.

   Shape the beef mixture into a loaf that will fit in the cooker without touching the sides. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup marinara sauce on top of the meat loaf.

   Cover cooker and cook on low for 5 hours, or until meat loaf reaches 165 degrees on an instant-read meat thermometer.
