1 large onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chili pepper
1 small can creamed corn
6 to 8 oz. noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bell pepper
1 small can tomato sauce

Fry the lean ground beef.

Cut up onion and bell pepper into small pieces and add to ground beef; fry until tender, stirring well.

Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, chili pepper and creamed corn. Cook the noodles.

Mix noodles with meat mixture.
