1 lb ground turkey
13 lb chorizo sausage
¼ cup green onion, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ cup jalapeno pepper, diced (with seeds it's spicier)

½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon habanero pepper (Tabasco brand sauce)
½ tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground pepper
¼ cup progresso brand Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

line cookie sheet with tin foil.

spray non-stick cooking spray on tin foiled sheet.

create meat balls and place evenly on cooking sheet.

cover loosly with foil.

place in oven and cook 10 minutes.

remove cooking sheet and turn over each meatball.

replace foil on top and continue to cook another 10 minutes.

remove top foil covering meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes.
