Irish Soda Bread

   Preheat oven to 250u00b0C (approximately 480u00b0F).

   In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

   Shape dough into a ball and place in a prepared cake pan or baking sheet.

   With a knife, make a shallow cut across surface (or two shallow cuts to form a cross for round bread).

   Bake in preheated oven at 210u00b0C (approximately 400u00b0F) for 35-40 minutes.

   If baking bread in a pan, remove from pan after 20 minutes and bake for 15-20 additional minutes.

   Cool on a rack.
