Ingredients: 1 12 lbs ground beef; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 stalk celery, chopped; ½ teaspoon garlic powder; 1 carrot, grated; 2 cups beef stock; 2 tablespoons flour; ¼ cup water; salt and pepper; mashed potatoes

Scramble fry ground beef, onions, celery, carrot, and garlic powder until beef is cooked through and onions are transluscent.
