Individual Chocolate-Strawberry Cheesecakes

   Combine strawberries and liqueur. Set aside for 10 mins to macerate.

   Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add 2 oz chocolate, orange zest and vanilla and mix until combined. Set aside.

   Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer remaining melted chocolate to a piping bag. Pipe 2 heart shapes onto parchment paper. Freeze until ready to serve.

   To assemble, distribute graham crackers between 2 serving glasses. Top with cream cheese mixture. Chill for 10 mins, or until ready to serve.

   Serve topped with macerated strawberries and chocolate hearts.
