Prepare Sauce:

1.Cut a cross on the back of the tomatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water for 3 min

2.Take out the tomatoes, put in ice cold water and remove the peel, core and seeds.

3.Dice tomatoes

4.Mince 3 cloves of garlic.

5.Finely chop half an onion.

6.Prepare fresh paneer (cut into 1cm cubes.)

Create Sauce:

1.Heat pan on medium heat

2.Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

3.Add the garlic and onions to the pan and stir for approximately 2 min (Note: Do not let burn)

3.Add tomatoes and stir in with the garlic and onions for approx 5 min.

4.Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, water if needed.

5.Cover and let sauce simmer for approx 10 min.

6.Increase heat and add 1 tablespoon of Channa Masala Powder. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

7.Stir for 5 minutes until there is a strong fragrant.

8.Add paneer and stir into the sauce for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is cooked. (Alternatively saute paneer before adding)

9.Keep the sauce simmering until serving time

Cook the pasta:

1.Add 2 servings of penne pasta into a pot of boiling water

2.Wait 10-15 minutes for the penne pasta to cook fully. Keep the lid of the pot on when waiting for the penne pasta to cook and stir occasionally.

3.Take out the penne pasta using a strainer and take out all the excess water in a sink.

4.Put on a plate ready to serve with the sauce.

Prepare the Norwegian Salmon:

1.Roll each strip into separate tubes ready to serve

Serve the fusion dish:

1.Mix the penne pasta and the tomato masala sauce together and place in the middle of the plate.

2.Place the rolled Norwegian Salmon on the sides of the plate.
