Incredible Cake

   Mix together brown sugar and cocoa; add water and marshmallows. Spread in 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan (at this point it looks awful). Make cake mix according to directions on the box; pour evenly over mixture in pan.

   (Be sure and pour as evenly as possible because you can't spread it at all after it is poured.)

   Spread nuts over cake mix and bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.

   Cool.

   Cut into squares; remove from pan with a spatula and turn so that pudding is on top.
