Impossible Taco Pie

   Heat oven to 400u00b0.

   Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).

   Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain.

   Stir in seasoning mix; spread into plate.

   Top with chillies.

   Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds, in blender or 1 minute with mixer.

   Pour into plate.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese, then bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes or longer.

    Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and Cheddar cheese.
