1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook and stir sausage until brown; drain.

Sprinkle sausage, Parmesan cheese, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, basil, oregano and garlic salt in greased 10-inch pie plate.

Combine eggs, milk and flour and mix until smooth.
