Impossible Chicken 'N Broccoli Pie

   Heat oven to 400u00b0.

   Grease a 10-inch deep dish pie plate.

   Mix thawed broccoli, 2 cups of cheese, chicken and onion in the pie plate.

   Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth, using either blender or hand mixer.

   Pour into pie plate.

   Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

   Bake just until cheese is melted, 1 to 3 minutes longer.

   Cool 5 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
