   Combine all ingredients and put in small coffee can.

   Tape lid onto can.

   Place small can inside large coffee can.

   Fill space with ice and rock salt.

   Put lid on large can.

   Roll can between two children (4-5 feet apart) for ten minutes.

   Pour off water and fill can with more ice and salt.

   Roll for ten more minutes.

   This can be flavored with other extracts, peppermint is especially nice, but try almond, maple, etc.
