1/3 cups Flour
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 whole Eggs
1/4 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

2 pints Neapolitan Ice Cream
1 can Whipped Cream
1 bar Chocolate (like Hershey)
