Husbands Delight

   Brown ground beef and drain fat through a colander.

   Return meat to pan and add tomato sauce.

   Let simmer for 15 minutes.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   Set aside.

   Chop green onions.

   Mix together 1 1/2 pkg. of the cream cheese and sour cream.

   Mix well by hand; do not use a blender.

   Add green onions.

    Set aside. Boil noodles according to pkg directions.

    Drain well.

    In large casserole dish begin layering ingredients beginning with sauce, noodles, more sauce and then cream cheese mixture.

    Repeat.

    Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

    Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts.
