2 small cans tomato sauce
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
3 green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and pour off excess fat.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Cook and simmer for 15 minutes. Add chopped onions, including green tips.
