How to Grill a Buffalo Steak

   Remove steak from package, rinse and pat dry.

   Drizzle olive oil on steak and season generously with salt and pepper.

   Loosely cover and let steak rest at room temperature for 2 hours.

   Preheat grill to 550 degrees.

   Place steak on grill, close lid and cook for 3 minutes.

   Turn steak and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes, for medium rare.

   Remove steak from grill, place on serving plate and cover for 1 minute before serving.
