Hot Vani-Chocolate Milk

   - A fine grater

   - A bowl

   - Coffee cup(s)

   - Spoon

   To make the Hot Vani-Chocolate Milk:

   1. Microwave the milk in a microwave safe bowl until it's hot.

   2. Grate the dark chocolate into a bowl using the fine side of the grater. Use as much or as little as you like.

   3. Pour the milk into a coffee mug. Leave an inch or so of room at the top.

    4. Pour a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the hot milk.

    5. Pour the grated chocolate into the hot milk (not the other way around) while stirring. Save a little of the chocolate powder for garnish.

    6. Add whipped cream to the top.

    7. Dust the remaining chocolate powder over the top of the whipped cream, add the spoon, and serve.
