Hot Turkey Sub Sandwiches

   In a small mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil and basil.

   Split the French bread lengthwise.

   Brush the cut surface of the top half with the olive oil mixture.

   On the bottom half of the French bread, layer the turkey slices and mozzarella cheese. Wrap sandwich in foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

   Top sandwiches with pickles, tomatoes and lettuce.

   Cut large French bread loaf into slices and serve.
