Hot Sausage Pasta

   Heat olive oil and red pepper flakes in a large skillet.

   Add sausage and brown for 10 minutes.

   Drain well, then return to skillet.

   Brown onion and garlic with sausage for 7 minutes.

   Drain and dice tomatoes; add to skillet and cook another 10 minutes.

   Add heavy cream.

   Simmer until mixed well and serve over bow ties.
