Hot Sandwich

   Thaw bread dough and let rise.

   Roll out dough in an oblong 9 x 13-inch pan.

   In center of dough, put ham, salami and Mozzarella cheese.

   Fold both sides in (like a blanket) and crease on each end.

   Beat egg white and spread on top.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

   Bake in a 375u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until light brown. Slice and serve.
