Hot Salsa for Hamburgers Hot dogs

   Take the seeds out of the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

   If you mind the skin, peel them in boiling water.

   I left skin on in the picture.

   Saute the chopped onions and garlic in olive oil.

5. 5

   Add the tomatoes when the onions become translucent.

   Saute until the tomatoes lose their shape and meld with the onions.

   Add ketchup, salt and pepper, and saute for a bit to cook the sourness out of the ketchup.

   To finish, add as much chili pepper as you like.
