Hot Pimento Cheese Dip

   Stir together all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl.

   Stir in the cheeses.

   (You can certainly pick different cheeses to suit your tastebuds!

   I use white cheddar sometimes and its yummy.)

   Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

   Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until dip is golden and bubbly.

   Serve on the toast as mentioned in the description or eat it on a Ritz cracker like I do.

   Its also great with fresh veggies.
