Hot Fudge Cake

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix flour and sugar together and set aside.

   Melt butter in a large pan and add cocoa.

   Stir in the water and shortening.

   Bring these four ingredients to a boil and remove from heat.

   Stir in flour and sugar.

   Mix the sour cream and baking soda together and add to cake mixture along with the eggs. Bake for 30 minutes until done to touch (springs back slightly when touched).
