Ingredients: 2 cans minced clams and juice; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1/4 lb. butter; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 garlic clove or equivalent of minced garlic; 1/2 green pepper, diced; 1 tsp. oregano; 6 drops of Tabasco sauce; 3/4 c. plain breadcrumbs; 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Servings: persons

2 cans minced clams and juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 lb. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove or equivalent of minced garlic
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tsp. oregano
6 drops of Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. plain breadcrumbs
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Simmer clams, juice and lemon juice in small saucepan for 15 minutes.

Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, oregano and Tabasco sauce in butter.

Add breadcrumbs to clams and sauce.

Mix in vegetables.

Place 1/2 mixture in dish and cover with half the cheese.
