   Place chocolate and water in a small, heavy bottomed saucepan over very low heat.

   Cover the pan and let chocolate soften till it is just melted.

   Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat chocolate into a smooth paste.

   In a different saucepan, heat lowfat milk till it boils.

   Add in 6 Tbsp.

    of lowfat milk to chocolate paste to dilute it.

    Then add in remaining lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
