Ingredients: Homemade Sauce; 1 can 19 oz tomato juice; 4 Tbs Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 Tsp dryed mustard; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 3/4 cup vinegar; 1 tsp salt; 2 Bay leaf; 1 Tbs butter; 1 medium oignon cut in 4 wedges; Sandwich; Bread slices; Cooked Chicken; Mayonnaise

Homemade Sauce
1 can 19 oz tomato juice
4 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tsp dryed mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 Bay leaf
1 Tbs butter
1 medium oignon cut in 4 wedges
Sandwich
Bread slices
Cooked Chicken
Mayonnaise

For sauce:

Incorporate in a medium sized sauce pan all ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer for 1h30 or 2 hrs. Once done pour, through a sieve, in another smaller pan to extract Bay leaf &onion. Keep warm. Makes enough for 3-4 sandwiches.

Spread mayo, to taste, on bread, add chicken, some sauce, and complete with other slice of bread. Pour some additionnal sauce on top of sandwich.
