1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 c. cherry tomatoes
12 slices salami, folded into quarters
1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 pepperoni stick, sliced
1 c. green pepper, minced
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. black olives

In a bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, oregano and basil.

Roll cheese cubes in the bread crumbs to coat.
