Hors D'Oeuvre(Kids Even Like These)

   This is the amount you want to make.

   Peel the skin off your tomatoes and add 2 tablespoons sugar to every quart jar.

   Add 1 cup of pepper to every quart, any type pepper you like, one medium onion to quart jar and don't forget to salt and pepper.

   Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to each quart.

   Add 1 tablespoon of Zenic in each quart.

   If you don't know this spice, just ask for canning chow chow spice; they will know.

   Chop tomatoes into any size you desire.

   Add pepper, onion and spices.

   Do not cook, let sit for a day.
