2 pound pork shoulder steaks
2 tbsp. oil
1 envelope French's Brown Gravy Mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, cut in 6 wedges
1 green pepper, cut in squares
Cooked rice

Cut pork in 1 inch squares, discarding bones.

Brown pork in oil in large skillet, stirring frequently, 15 min.
