Honey Oatmeal Chews

   Cream butter, honey and sugar until light and fluffy.

   Add egg and vanilla; beat well.

   Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture.

   Stir in oatmeal, coconut and nuts.

   Spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

   When cool, cut into bars about 1 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches.
