Honey Mustard Chicken

   Roll out or flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thick each

   Poor Italian bread crumbs into a medium bowl and set aside.

   Mix honey & honey Dijon mustard in another bowl.

   Dip the chicken in the honey mustard bowl then place it in the bread crumb bowl & shake it until covered.

   Cook in a large pan on medium heat in butter for 5 minutes each side or until juices run clear.
