Honey-Glazed Turkey Breast

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0. Remove the skin from the turkey breast and discard. Place the breast in a roaster pan. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix together the honey, Dijon mustard and rosemary. Pour half of the glaze over the turkey breast and bake, uncovered, for about 2 hrs., or until meat thermometer registers 170 to 175u00b0 when placed in the thickest part of the breast. You may want to add a little water to the pan, if needed. During the final 15 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the turkey breast.
