Wash chicken pieces and drain.

Shake in a paper bag in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper to coat well.

Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Roll chicken pieces, one at a time in melted butter to coat all over. Place, skin side down, in a single layer in the baking dish.

Bake in a moderate oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Melt remaining 4 tablespoons margarine in a small saucepan; stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce until well mixed.

Turn chicken and pour honey mixture over breasts.

Bake, basting several times with syrup and drippings in pan.

Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender and richly glazed.
