Honey Glaze Onion and Potatoes

   Place the potatoes into a bowl with 2 tbsps.

   water to cover, then place in the microwave, cook until done, about 5 minutes, then drain well and set aside for later use.

   heat the oil and add onion and potatoes and fry until these things turn golden.

   now add salt and pepper .

   stir it well.

   and now add honey and stir weel then add lime juice and mix it well.

   serve it as side dish.
