Honey Curry Chicken

   You will also need a 2 quart baking or casorole dish.

   Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

   Place dish (with butter inside it) to warm up in the oven and melt the butter.

   Mix honey, mustard, and curry in a bowl large enough to coat your chicken in.

   I like to use a whisk.

   Place chicken in the bowl and coat.

   Carefully take the hot dish from the oven and pour the chicken and honey mixture into it.

   Bake for 30-45 mins until chicken is completely cooked.

   I cook it more on the 45-minute side because I like my chicken nice and golden brown.

    * This recipe is very easy to modify for less or more servings.

    * You can also use the honey mixture as a great salad dressing!
