Honey Cornbread Chicken

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.

   Set aside.

   Stir together honey and butter in small bowl.

   Spoon 3 tablespoons butter mixture into shallow bowl.

   Set aside remaining 2 tablespoons butter mixture.

   Combine cornbread stuffing and seasoned salt in another shallow bowl.

   Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture; roll in stuffing mixture to coat.

   Place chicken into prepared baking dish; drizzle with reserved butter mixture.

    Bake 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165F.
