In a small saucepan heat oil stir in onions and sauteed for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and sauteed another 2 minutes

Add in tomato paste and cook for 30 seconds stirring constantly

Simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally till sauce has thickened
