In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, milk and white sugar.

Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour 1/2 of mixture evenly over crackers.

Put another layer of crackers on top, then pour remaining sauce on those crackers.

In a new saucepan, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and melt over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over crackers.

Chill for at least one hour and then cut into bars.
