Homemade Chocolate Frosting

   1. In large bowl, mix together the sugar and cocoa.

   2. Blend the sugar mixture with the softened butter until light and smooth.

   3. Add in milk, vanilla, and salt until combined.

   4. If it isn't at your desired frosting consistency, add powdered sugar, a little at a time, until it has thickened up.
