Homemade Breakfast Hot Pocket

   Before you begin- make the bacon however you want it and cut it up into small squares and set it aside.

   1. Scramble the eggs in a pan. Turn the pan off as soon as you finish.

   2. Immediately place the two cheese slices on top of the scrambled eggs. Let them melt for a moment.

   3. Mix the eggs and cheese up.

   4. Add the bacon squares to the mix.

   5. Add cajun seasoning to mixture IF DESIRED.

   6. Place the mixture in the middle of the sandwich wrap and roll into a burrito-shape.

   7. Toast the whole thing in the pan on low IF DESIRED.

   Wrap in a napkin and take to go!
