2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose

1/2 cup pecans chopped
3 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon water

Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies.
